  • No. This is a privates-based pilates studio. This allows for each private lesson to be programmed with the clients goals and needs in mind. Sign up for the monthly mat to get notified of group mat pilates events! Learn more about our services here

  • Pilates, initially known as 'Contrology,' fosters a mind-body connection. Its focus on core engagement and posture awareness translates effortlessly to sports training, refining movement precision and control.

  • A Pilates session is 50 minutes and is composed of a combination of equipment at a level appropriate for each client. Wear comfortable, fitted athletic clothing. No shoes are required.

    Each exercise is low impact and complements any workout program, and is safe for all fitness levels.
